To provide the proper capital and operating budget to properly maintain all of our assets in exceptional condition. Treat all resident owners, vendors, fellow employees, and customers fairly and ethically. Promote pride in ownership amongst our resident owners. Pass the appropriate recommendations to the Board to drive positive change within our community and real estate values. Encourage all realtors that sell or show homes here to push the fact that this is a golfing community. Continually assess our organizational structure to ensure that it is flexible enough to react promptly to changes in our market and competitive silo(s). Encourage innovation to be the best we must be leaders in the industry – not followers. We must constantly and consistently improve. Most importantly, always ask the question, “Is what we are doing providing our resident owners with maximum return on their investment?” Deliver the vision every day.
