Sun City Summerlin is an Active Adult Golf Community developed by Del Webb in 1989 through the mid 1990’s.  The community consists of 7,781 homes ranging from townhomes to houses ranging from 1500 to 3600 square feet.

Our community is located about 20 miles west and approximately 1,000 feet higher in altitude than the Las Vegas Strip.  We enjoy spectacular views of the local mountains, the Las Vegas Strip, and the city lights.
