Overview
Eagle Crest is built into the side of a stately mountain and the layout plays along some of Las Vegas’ highest points, showcasing exciting city vistas. Though an executive course, Eagle Crest tests players on every club in the bag, so golfers can swing the driver while enjoying a timely round. Course Designer Bill Casper says, “You can take any hole from this course, put it in the middle of a championship course, and it would fit right in.”

Our golf professionals are trained in bettering the abilities of beginners to the game as well as helping those who consider themselves avid golfers. Greg Wickensimer

Born and raised near Columbus, Ohio Greg grew up with Jack Nicklaus’ sons, which gave him the opportunity to learn the game from the best instructors Ohio had to offer. Wickensimer won his first tournament at the age of seven, cementing his love of the game. After four years as a Golf Varsity Letterman and member of the All-Conference team Wickensimer attended both The Bobby Clampett Golf Academy and The University of North Carolina Golf School.
After college Wickensimer took his knowledge south to Florida where he spent seven years playing mini tours and working as an Assistant Golf Professional. Wickensimer moved to Las Vegas where he officially became a PGA Member in 2002.
In January of 2014, Wickensimer joined the staff at Eagle Crest Golf Club and in 2017 was promoted to Head Professional. Much of his time is spent on the lesson tee teaching others the love of the game.
Wickensimer resides in Las Vegas with his wife, they enjoy spending time with their grandkids and frequent off-roading trips.
